Steven Roth has over 26 years in the real estate industry. He works with the leasing, management, and sale of all asset classes in commercial real estate. Steven represents landlords and tenants throughout the State of Ohio focusing on lease negotiations, site selection, investment sales, valuations, market analysis, property management, marketing, and disposition. Projects cover freestanding buildings, strip centers, office buildings, malls, industrial buildings, and land. Steven represented numerous financial institutions, both locally and nationally, in the management and disposition of their real estate.

Before coming to Guggenheim Commercial Real Estate Group in 2008, Steven managed a mortgage banking office for Prime Lending and worked as a regional sales manager for Fifth Third Bank and Metropolitan Bank and Trust. Also, his real estate auction background from the S&L crisis days has given him a unique perspective in today’s challenging environment. Steven began his commercial real estate career as a leasing agent with Developers Diversified in 1991.
